Directeur de l’Ecole Doctorale ABIES, chercheur en modélisation appliquée à l’écotoxicologie.

Activités :

Mes thématiques scientifiques sont le développement de modèles de toxicocinétique et d’effet pour décrire, et éventuellement prédire, la distribution des xénobiotiques dans les organismes et leurs effets à plusieurs niveaux d’organisation biologique, de la cellule aux populations. Pour y parvenir, je cherche à rendre compte des mécanismes d’accumulation, de distribution et d’élimination des molécules par des modèles à fondement physiologique. Les effets sont, eux aussi, analysés grâce à des modèles mécanistiques (modèles DEB (Dynamic Energy Budgets) au niveau individuel, modèles individus-centrés au niveau des populations). Mes organismes d’intérêt sont les invertébrés (terrestres et aquatiques) et les poissons.
