Dynamique et effets des polluants dans les agroécosystèmes

Ce service est directement connecté à d’autres services, en particulier, ceux concernés par les modifications du stock et de la dynamique des matières organiques endogènes ou exogènes, ou ceux concernés par la biodiversité ou la production.

En modifiant la dynamique des matières organiques des sols, certaines pratiques agricoles influent sur les facteurs de régulation du devenir et du transfert des contaminants. Par exemple, dans les cas les plus favorables, elles peuvent réduire la dispersion des contaminants organiques en augmentant leur rétention ou leur dégradation dans les sols. Mais, certaines pratiques, comme le recyclage des Produits Résiduaires Organiques en agriculture, contribuent à la présence d'autres contaminants. La maîtrise de la qualité des PRO valorisés en agriculture inclura donc la prise en compte des traitements sur le devenir des contaminants présents dans les PRO ; cette phase amont sera intégrée aux modèles de devenir-impact développés.

Dans les agroécosystèmes concernés, les effets croisés des différents contaminants sur le fonctionnement biologique des sols sont encore très mal évalués, ainsi que le rôle des relations biotiques sur les effets à long terme des faibles doses.
